You can open CleanHelp Pro on your phone or in a browser and register the business there. Add its legal and operating details, complete every business requirement and submit the application. Once the business is approved, invite each cleaner who will enter customers’ homes so they can complete their own checks before you assign work or use Marketplace.
What to do

Start the business application
Open CleanHelp Pro, choose the cleaning-business route and enter the legal and operating details requested for the organisation.

Complete the business requirements
Complete every business requirement shown in Application and checks, including the organisation evidence and agreement steps that apply to the route.

Submit and track the application
Review and submit the application. Follow the review in the same screen and open any item marked Action needed to see what must be replaced.

Add eligible cleaners
After approval, invite each cleaner from Team. Every person who enters a customer’s home completes the personal checks shown for them before being assigned work.
