Before a provider goes live
The planned onboarding gate covers identity, work eligibility where applicable, company details, payout ownership, relevant experience and public-liability insurance.
CleanHelp makes provider checks, booking responsibility, controlled access to home details and service follow-up part of the operating model.
This page describes the launch standard being built. The local demo does not represent completed provider verification or insurance checks.

The launch workflow is designed to show customers the assigned provider and booking status. Production authorisation must restrict address, priority and access details to the people assigned to fulfil that work.
Completion checks, customer feedback, incident reasons and support outcomes should become part of the provider record. Serious or repeated failures can pause marketplace access.
Customers should report concerns promptly through the booking or support channel. Live policy will state response targets, evidence requirements, remedies and escalation routes.
