How do I know what is included?
Each service has a defined task list. Standard cleaning covers everyday surfaces, bathrooms, floors, dusting and bins. Deep and end-of-tenancy cleaning add the detailed tasks shown on their service pages. The professional works through the list and agreed priorities during the time you book.
Should I choose a standard or deep clean?
Choose a standard clean for regular upkeep of the rooms and surfaces you use most. Choose a deep clean for built-up dirt and the added oven, fridge and skirting tasks.
How long should I book?
Every booking starts at 2 hr. Choose the time in 30-minute steps, or use the bedroom and bathroom questions for a recommendation. The recommendation never changes your price without showing the updated duration first.
Do I need to provide cleaning products?
Provide suitable sprays and cloths, or add them to the booking for £6.00. Your home still needs a working vacuum, mop and bucket.
What equipment should I provide?
Your home needs a working vacuum, mop and bucket. Check that each is easy to find and suitable for the floors you want cleaned before the visit begins.
