Delete your CleanHelp account.

In the app

Open Profile, then Your data, then Delete account. Read what happens, then confirm with Delete my account. This works the same way in the CleanHelp app and the CleanHelp Pro app.

Sign in at getcleanhelp.com, open your account, choose Your data, then Delete account.

By email

If you cannot sign in, email privacy@getcleanhelp.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We check the request is yours, then close the account and erase your data on the same timetable.

What happens straight away

Your account closes as soon as you confirm. Every signed-in device is signed out, notifications stop, and you cannot sign in to that account again with email, Google or Apple.

What we delete

Within 30 days we erase or irreversibly anonymise the personal data linked to your account: your profile and contact details, saved homes and access notes, messages, preferences and devices.

What we keep, and for how long

Some records stay because the law requires them or because a matter is still open:

• Bookings, invoices and payouts are kept for 6 years because UK record-keeping requires it, with your name and contact details removed where the law allows.
• Anything tied to an open dispute, incident or legal hold stays until that matter closes.
• Ratings you gave stay in your cleaners' averages, without your name.
• For CleanHelp Pro, a verification outcome and its reference number are kept; identity, right to work and DBS documents are deleted within 6 months of the decision.

Before you delete

Cancel or finish any booking that is still open, and on CleanHelp Pro make sure no visits are still assigned to you. If you are the only owner of a business that still has bookings, email privacy@getcleanhelp.com and we will close the account with you. You can download a copy of your data from Your data before you delete.
