The application shows the evidence needed for your route. This normally includes identity, UK right to work, English proficiency, a profile photo, contact details and the checking evidence shown on screen. Do not send documents through ordinary messages.
Use the list in your application
Open Application and checks to see the current list for your route. Identity, right-to-work, English proficiency, profile and contact requirements are tracked separately.
Send each item safely
Upload evidence only through the named requirement. A clear, current file prevents ordinary chat from holding private documents.
Right to work by share code or document
If you have a Home Office share code, enter it in the right-to-work requirement and CleanHelp checks it with the Home Office. If you do not have one, upload your right to work document instead.
English needs a certificate and a video
English proficiency needs two things: a certificate that shows your English, and a short video of you answering three questions. Upload one of these: IELTS, TOEFL iBT, Cambridge C1 Advanced or C2 Proficiency, Trinity ISE II or above, PTE Academic, or a UK degree certificate or transcript. Record one video, up to 90 seconds, in the CleanHelp Pro app on your phone. Answer all three questions and look at the camera.
