A signed-in customer can see cleaners linked to their previous visits and choose one when that cleaner is available for the new request. If they are unavailable, CleanHelp will not silently substitute them after you choose.
What to do

Open your cleaners
Sign in and open Your cleaners to see people linked to your completed visits.

Choose an available visit
Choose the cleaner, then select one of their available times. If no suitable time appears, return to the wider availability.
