Use the visit controls in order: Set off, I have arrived · Start job, then Complete job. Each confirmed action updates the visit for the customer. If location is needed at arrival, allow it or follow the location-unavailable route shown on screen.
What to do

Start the journey
Open the job and choose Set off when you leave for the address.

Record arrival and start the job
At the address, choose I have arrived · Start job. Follow the location prompt if it appears.

Finish with the record complete
Complete the checklist and any required visit evidence before choosing Complete job.
