When a customer cancels, the job status and notification state the outcome. Do not attend a cancelled visit. Any cancellation earnings line is created by the booking policy and appears in Earnings when one is due.
Check the job status
The job and notification show the confirmed cancellation. Do not travel to or continue towards a visit marked cancelled.
Check any earnings
When the booking policy creates cancellation earnings, the amount appears as its own line in Earnings with the booking reference.
