You can move a visit free of charge until 12 hours before it starts, including at the exact notice point. If less notice remains, the charge is £50.00 and never more than the booking total. You see the exact amount before confirming.

Open your bookings and choose the visit you want to move.

Choose a new time
Choose Reschedule visit and select a new available time.

Confirm the change
Review the new time and any charge, then confirm the reschedule.
